2008 NAMA Boot Camp |
| Register for the NAMA Boot Camp by selecting your registration type from the choices below. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or by check. At the next screen, select your method of payment from the drop down list next to "Select payment type." Then continue through the payment process to receive a registration confirmation email. Please note that no "Bill Me's" will be allowed after July 25, 2008. Please include the name or names of who you are registering in the "comments" section on the summary page to ensure we are registering the correct people for the event. Please note that this site is secure for credit card transactions. (Cancellation Policy: Cancellations until July 29 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations from July 30 - August 5 will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds for cancellations after August 5. All refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.) |
